1. Smoking: Smoking inside the room is not allowed. Guests may smoke at the porch area.
2. Cooking The resort management does not permit cooking in any of the rooms or balconies at any time.
- Meals must be taken at the open cottages such as elevated huts, anahaw huts, anahaw hall, picnic hall and bulwagan hall.
- Eating and drinking are also not allowed in the room or balconies. Guests are required to rent the open cottages as where you
can take meals, eat and drink.
- Grills are not permitted on any balcony or patio. The resort has designated cooking and grilling area.
3. Check In /Out : Day tour - 7AM - 5PM / Overnight - 2PM - 12Noon
Room check-in time is 2:00pm and check out at 12:00 noon therefore the room will have to be completely cleared by check-out
time to give our housekeeping adequate time to clean the rooms for the next guests. Guests who will arrive at the resort prior
the check in time the reservation needs to be made prior the arrival otherwise guests are required to rent an open cottages
such as elevated huts as where you can stay until the room check-in time. There are common showers around the resort
which you can use if you would like to go swimming at the beach or swimming pool. For late check-outs a request may be made
at the Front Desk and is subject to availability. Additional fees per room per hour will be charged for all departures after check-out time.
4. Rooms: Moving furnitures are not allowed. Although linens are furnished, please bring your own beach towels and beach blankets as
linens are not to be removed from the room.
- Any lost or damaged linens will be charged to the guests.
- An initial supply of bathroom tissue and bath soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guest.
- Cleaning supplies are not provided.
- Do not hang towels, clothing or personal items from balconies or railings.
- All rooms are non-smoking. It is permitted to smoke outdoors, but not inside the rooms.
- Check-out time is promptly at 12:00 noon so that we may prepare for our next arrival.
- The room is to be left in a neat and tidy condition with no damage to the room or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.
5. Swimming Time. Swimming Pool: 8AM – 10PM. Extra hour/s can be arranged with prior permission secured.
Wear proper swim wear at the pool. If desired shorts may be worn over swimsuit provided unzipped shorts material. Dark
colors shirts are not allowed.
- Shower before entering the swimming pool area. Foods, drinks and smoking are not allowed.
- Remove sand and tar before entering swimming pool and in any rooms.
- Do not move loungers or chairs from pool deck.
- Saving lounge chairs with towels is not permitted. Management will remove towels found.
- Not permitted in pool: toys, floats, boogie boards, baby diapers or food.
- All children must be accompanied by an adult while in the pool and beach area at all times.
- NO diving / NO running
Beach Swimming Time 8AM – 9PM. For guest’s own safety DBR discourage to go swimming after 9PM otherwise swim at your own
risk. DBR is not liable to any responsibilities that may be occurred. Beach side gates are closed at 9 PM for safety and security
purposes.
6. Be safety conscious. Children must be closely supervised by adults at all times. Parents are responsible for their children and
their actions at all times.
7. Corkage Fee Beer and Soft drinks are available at the resort while the corkage fee is P120.00 per case/box. There are no
corkage fees for the hard drinks and wine.
8. Bringing In of Appliances All appliances that will be plugged into electricity will be charged depending what type of
appliances.
9. Cleanliness. Guests are expected and forced to keep the resort surroundings and the beach clean. Guests are anticipated to
avoid throwing junk anywhere other than the trash bins which are located within the resort premises. Vandalism on the
facilities and theft will be penalized.
10. Firearms are not allowed Bringing in of firearms and any kind of weapons are strictly prohibited within the resort premises
and will be confiscated by our entrance security guards.
11. Be considerate to other guests. Loud Music/Videoke/Karaoke is not allowed between 12AM and 7AM.
- Videoke is first come, first serve basis. Exclusive use needs to be pre-arranged and required to rent an open cottages such as;
elevated huts, anahaw or picnic hall. Use at designated area only and not allowed moving in any room’s veranda.
- Guests are requested to minimize the sound music while the other guests may be sleeping. The volume of sounds will have to
be lowered after the first complaint. We have to ask the guests to turn off the sound system after the second complaint.
12. QUIET TIME: 1:00 am. to 7:00 a.m. Please understand noises carry through the courtyard.
13. Please take care of your valuables. Guests are responsible for their things and valuables. The management shall not be
liable for any loss or damages of guest's personal belongings. Please secure them properly.
14. The Guests shall be responsible for damages of facilities and or losses of equipments and beddings.
15. Occupying of huts or tables where have been designated to other guests is NOT ALLOWED and will be charged.
16. Boat rides, seafood, fruits and other stuff vendors are offered by the neighboring local people. DBR shall not be liable for any
transaction made by and between the guest and any third party.
17. Please return keys to the information / front desk upon check-out. Missing keys will be charged of P100.00 each key.
18. Pets are not allowed inside the resort. Sorry, no exception.
